Last updated: November 2026 · Authorize.email Infrastructure & API Services
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or utilizing Authorize.email (operated in connection with sCloud Pro Ltd infrastructure), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.
2. Scope of Service
Authorize.email provides diagnostic, analytical, and verification tools designed to inspect public DNS configurations, Sender Policy Framework (SPF), DKIM selectors, DMARC policies, Mail Exchange (MX) routing, and Sovereign Seal identities.
- All lookups executed through our platform query publicly available DNS records.
- The service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis for administrative and deliverability assessment purposes.
3. Machine-Readable API Usage
Our API endpoints (including /api/check.php) are built to provide structured telemetry and domain analysis for both human users and authorized AI autonomous agents.
- Automated scripts and AI agents must not flood, overwhelm, or abuse public query limits.
- sCloud Pro Ltd reserves the right to rate-limit, throttle, or suspend IP addresses or API keys exhibiting abusive scraping patterns or excessive concurrent requests.
4. Intellectual Property & Trademarks
The Authorize.email brand, logo, Sovereign Seal verification architecture, and associated visual assets are protected intellectual property. You may not replicate, clone, or misrepresent third-party domain security statuses using the Authorize.email name without explicit prior authorization.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Authorize.email, sCloud Pro Ltd, or its directors and contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the domain diagnostic tools, email routing suggestions, or API endpoints.
6. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in England and Wales.
